Palmetto Residence is a luxury oceanfront renovation in South Daytona Beach, Florida, transforming a traditional coastal home into a refined and tranquil retreat. This whole-home remodel reimagines the residence to maximize natural light, enhance ocean views, and strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Set along the shores of South Daytona Beach, the project was conceived to embrace the natural beauty of its surroundings through architecture that is quiet, timeless, and deeply connected to the landscape.

The home was thoughtfully reconfigured to maximize natural light and frame expansive ocean views, creating a seamless relationship between the interior and the horizon beyond. A restrained palette of warm oak, soft limestone, and matte black accents brings depth and sophistication while maintaining a sense of effortless simplicity.

Large sliding glass openings dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, allowing the rhythms of the coast to become part of everyday living. Every space was designed to feel both elegant and restorative, balancing clean architectural lines with warm, natural textures.

From custom millwork to the carefully integrated lighting strategy, every detail was intentionally crafted to reflect a lifestyle centered on calm, comfort, and enduring beauty.
