Licensed in FL, GA, and TX, April combines architectural expertise with real estate insight to deliver designs that balance creativity, profitability, and long-term value.

Juan Felipe Diaz

Felipe Diaz, co-founder of Markle + Diaz Architects, brings an international perspective shaped by his Colombian roots and a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida. His portfolio spans hospitality, multi-family, and commercial projects, including Gaylord Palms (Orlando), Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman, and Craft Apartments (Bellevue). Today, Felipe leads innovative designs across FL, GA, and TX, blending modern principles with enduring functionality.
